form rule

  • volunteervolunteer January 16
Hello: I have a donation form. I am trying to use form rules. I have a text field for the person to type in the name of the employer. When any text is entered into that field, I need a rule that triggers a new email confirmation. In form rules, I can select the field but what do I do with the drop downs for "contains," "not contains." Basically I need the rule to go into affect when Employee Matching contains ANY TEXT.
  • Hi there,

What you can do is make your condition something like:

If [Employee Matching] is not equal to [________]

In other words, just leave the second part blank. That way, if they type anything in the field, the rule will take effect.

Howdy, Stranger!
